southwestern adventures.
….I’m currently working like crazy in preparation for a solo show I have coming up at Gallery 77 in Austin TX….the theme of the show will be centered around the adventures I’ve had in and around New Mexico, a theme that I’ve wanted to pursue for quite awhile….it’s exciting to revisit archived images and recontextualize them and see what kind of new paintings and drawings and thoughts they evoke….the above diptych is one of my favorites of all time, it was taken somewhere near the Foster Ranch outside of Roswell….

Have you ever seen the City of Rocks in NM? So awesome! When we drove across the country we stopped there. Cant wait to see photos from this up coming show!
